At the occasion of Nepali New Year 2078 B.S Sapana Village Social Impact had organized to support 100 pieces of local chickens and 100 pieces of Kadaknath breeds chicken to start new chicken farm as their new business at the place where their organic vegetable garden is.
Sapana village is always happy to support women, to empower women of Nepal. These families normally used to depend on fishing and labor works, but SVSI cooperating with its partner organization 6 Degrees Academy for Women, Netherlands gives them hope to live through earnings.
After the success of organic vegetable farming, chicken farming is the second income generating project to empower marginalized women.
