Under the Comprehensive Community Development Programme (CCDP), Sapana Village Social Impact (SVSI), in collaboration with Ichhakamana Rural Municipality (IRM), successfully organized a training session on off-season tomato cultivation techniques. The event took place on October 24 in Ichhakamana-1, Kolbhanjyang, with expert guidance provided by Agriculture Technician Aashish Tripathi.
The training aimed to equip local farmers with modern and efficient methods for tomato cultivation, a shift from the traditional practices they have been using. Twenty-two enthusiastic participants attended, eager to learn and implement new agricultural strategies. The session was graced by key figures from Ichhakamana Rural Municipality, including Chairperson Dan Bahadur Gurung, Chief Administrative Officer Chandrakanta Basnet, and Agriculture Officer Samikshya Poudel. The officials expressed their commitment to supporting agricultural advancements and praised the initiative for enhancing the skills and knowledge of local farmers.
