Sapana Village Social Impact, in collaboration with the FEMI Foundation, has taken another important step towards empowering single mothers in Ichchhakamana Rural Municipality after a year of launching Single Mother Empowerment Project. On February 5, 2025, the organization distributed additional goats to single mothers who demonstrated exceptional dedication, hard work, and progress in their journey toward self-reliance.
The project, initiated in 2024, aimed to provide single mothers with the resources and support needed to achieve economic independence. By distributing goats, the organizations enabled these women to generate sustainable income through livestock rearing. The recent distribution of additional goats serves as both a reward and a motivator for the women to continue their efforts.
